Canon or Nikon DSLR? Which one is better?
Hello guys. I'm a amateur photographer. But currently I'm using Nikon D700+Tokina 12-24mm f/4+SB-600.
I'm thinking to jump ship/change the system to Canon. This is because a lots of my friends has changed to Canon. Even my teacher is using Canon. I was thinking to get EOS 7D or 5D MKII. The thing is, If I go for 7D, I might get the body only, canon battery grip and canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS I. While if I go for 5D MK II. I will probably can have a 50mm and 430 EX flash only. Any suggestions? I've been thinking all days to jump ship. But I prefer the 7D set.
Oh ya! Before I forget, my shoots is more to wildlife, event photographer such as wedding, concert and etc.

Wildlife at a wedding - I love the idea! Equipmentwise, what is the actual motivation for the change apart from wanting to follow the herd, and possibly wanting to borrow lenses occasiionally? Will the change actually affect your photography for the better? Canon and Nikon are both excellent brands, and presumably you have had good service from your D700.
