Hello wanted in a camera for taking pictures of landscapes in Cumbria lakes. I'm new to it all. Is the Canon EOS 20D Digital SLR Camera for a good book? I can 180 Get the body for £. Also what lens would I need for good scenery photos / Mountains etc. thank you.!
It is old but still quite potent. I would rather have a 20D than all modern Digital Rebel / xxxD / xxd series. The Canon 20D is in the line the semi-professional cameras, and therefore brings you more useablility continuous with its rugged aluminum chassis, 5fps drive, pentaprism viewfinder, secondary controller, and a greater Selection of custom functions with all major second-curtain sync with onboard flash, originally the Canon 20D kitted mostly with 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 II, which is nothing spectacular lens. It is not easy to use and was not particularly sharp, and quite prone to vignetting and fringing was incompatible. Therefore, it is best to just buy the camera and the team it with the Canon 17-40mm F4L or a 24-105mm F4L IS are both terribly lenses from Canon L-series. Canon EF-S 17-85mm F4-5.6 IS also a decent lens, but not nearly as strong as the L's. One could also consider either the Sigma 10-20 F4-5.6, Canon EF-S 10-22 and Tokina 11-16mm Lenses, if you want extreme wide angle. Also, you may want to pick out a lens would be a little bit of the environment and for the 70-200mm F4L justice to do that job. All lenses have mentioned, I have distance scales, the photography are important to landscape, this allows you to focus on the hyperfocal point (you want to print a hyperfocal table from the Internet) that maximizes the concentrated area of the image that is acceptable.
