The difference between "macro zoom" and "Tele-Zoom"?

I have recently bought my first DSLR xsi camera, a Canon EOS Rebel. So far it seems amazing, but I am looking for my lens selection expand on. He came with a standard zoom lens (EF-S 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 IS), but I want a better zoom. I've been online and with Consumer Reports and found a lens that seems very cheap (Tamron AF 55-200mm F4-5.6 Di II LD Macro). Consumer Reports listed had it in the "Tele-zoom" category, but the manufacturer's website it has listed as a "macro zoom lens. So what's the difference? (PS recommendations for other low-priced zoom lens is also much appreciated.)

In a nutshell, refers to a macro lens, the ability to focus on a selection very close. A telephoto zoom lens is an optimum focus to shots from distance, while macro-lenses specifically designed for usually at their sharpest at macro focus distances and are not quite as sharp focus on other routes. I go with the Tamron 18-200mm lens changes that macro equipped for most without diverseness constant. It is beautiful, that modern macro lenses can be fitted at reasonable prices. When I started, I have to have to use extension tubes. Xx
