Which lens is the better buy?

im considering buying this lenses for my canon rebel xs eos and am wondering in your opinion, as i am only an amateur, is it a good deal?
It is probably going to deliver results close to the lens that came with your camera, probably an 18-55mm. If you have no complaints about the results you have been getting, then you will probably be happy with the 75-300 for a while too. At any rate, they are good lenses to learn and practice with.
For the next purchase after that, I would look at the Canon 50/1.8 which is about $100. The 50/1.8 lenses are inexpensive but are the exception where an inexpensive lens really gives you quality results. It will be great for shooting people and for street photography and just a bit of everything. Once you have that lens you will see begin to the limitations of the other two lenses.
