what type of lens fit on a Canon rebel t2 eos camera?

will a Kawanon 135mm f/3.5 TAMRON T2/42mm Threaded Lens fit on it?
how about a Cosina 28-80mm Lens?
or a Tamron 28-80mm Lens?
if not, which ones can fit?

Kawanon... no
Cosina... probably not.
Tamron... depends on the specific model.

The Kawanon will be a Canon FD mount lens, which is not something that will work on your camera.

Cosina made a lot of different lenses, in both FD and the proper EF mount that your camera uses. Tamron did the same thing... so you have to find out which mount the lens is designed for.

"Threaded Lens" does NOT mean it takes screw-in filters. Almost all modern cameras use what is called a bayonet mount, where the lens mount is several lugs that lock into the mount frame with a partial twist of the lens. Your "threaded lens" is normally called a screw mount, which means just what it sounds like. To mount the lens, you literally screw it into the body. There are two kinds, the original M39, and your lens refers to the M42 screw mount.

You can get adapters to put just about any lens on your camera, if you want to spend the money. None of these would be worth the cost.
