time to reach Canon DSLR bag?

Hi, I have before bought a Canon EOS 1000D about 15 days and registered for the Canon Edge program for the next Days. The shop from where I bought the cam, said that the Canon EOS Edge Welcome Kit lasts 10-15 days on the road. However, I am still waiting to arrive. So, actually I am a bit too impatient and am eager to know what is usually the time frame for the kit to arrive. I stay in Kolkata, India. So, with experience, would anyone from an Indian city. Estimated to be Thanks in advance:)

Retailing in Australia years ago, the camera companies are slow to deliver such services in Australia (they were then), Give her a few days if nothing happens, go from there back to the dealer and they print with Canon
