Canon Eos Raw Codec

How do you use Canon RAW Codec?

I made some RAW images on my Canon EOS Rebel T1i and after realizing I can't view them on a vista, I downloaded the RAW codec. After, I tried to open the file once more, and windows photo gallery still said that the file couldn't be supported or what not. What do I need to do to be able to view these files?

I use "Camera RAW" as part of my Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Another thing you could use is the software that came with your Rebel.

By the way, did you reboot your computer after installing the RAW Codec? Maybe that is all you still need to do.......
