Canon Eos Rebel Digital Software

I am having problems uploading pictures from my camera to my laptop.?

Here a few days ago, I have noticed my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi has not been wanting to load my pics to my laptop. Is this something in relation to the software being changed on the EOS Utility on my computer? If so, what needs to be reversed to original settings? Is it possibly something changed on the computer itself? If that is the case, please tell me what needs changed there as well.

It's most likely software related.

Most of us regulars here use and recommend card readers for upload. No extra software required.
