Canon Eos Rebel Digital Xsi

Should I sell my pictures Canon EOS Rebel XTi for other manual camera, the video and can?

I bought it a while ago, if I do not really believe interested in videos, but now I regret the purchase, because it can not record video. It is a wonderful camera for taking pictures and I still enjoy photography. I'm afraid to sell it and regret it later, but while I have my dad's digital camera use to make videos, and that's not really great. So my question is the Canon EOS Rebel XTi is too good to be sold? Or should I sell it and buy a new manual camera, video and picture, if so, what we have? (I hear they are not as good as those who have only one function. Is that true?) Thank you!

In general still cameras that take video are a compromise and the video quality is rarely better than OK. The Rebel T1i and T2i (the 500D and 550D) are the next upgrades of your XSi and I understand they take a good video. But as I said , you get a big drop to make selling your XSi and the difference to the next model will probablty you buy a decent mid-range camcorder that is probably better video. Only problem is that you then have them carry 2 cameras around ...
