Canon Eos Rebel Xsi Vs Nikon D5000

Is this true about DSLRs?

Is it true that even the best DSLR, it depends on how the photographer uses it? I know a girl, and has The Canon EOS Rebel XTi her pictures are so much better than this other girl I know who has the Canon EOS T1i. The same goes for Nikon D90 vs D3000. And I get a Nikon D5000, not opinions or recommendations? Thank you to everyone! : D such a great help <3 And I am not a beginner; p I have the Nikon D40 and Canon Rebel XS. But again, thanks: D

Photos are really made by photographers, but they need good tools to create them. The D5000 will is always a great Camera, I think it is the same as the Nikon D90 bascally. It has a sensor measured at basically the same as the D90 and the Canon EOS T1i better Thean (500D), the cost more. See the first link go down, showing the sensor performance of the three cameras.
