Is there a way to make the XT Self longer than 10 seconds on the Canon EOS Rebel?
Canon offers EOS Utility " which allows shooting tethered to the PC. When shooting in this mode, I'm sure you can select a variable delay, or perhaps write a macro for it. Other options: Use a wireless remote trigger the camera when you are ready. (These are small and can be hidden your hand when you go with the intention to have pic) Get a third party remote control on the time delay / interval photography Rube Goldberg, you are using an egg timer with a small Core on the button to press the shutter button. Look up directions to solve the network and a remote it an alarm clock (The instructions are wire out there.)
