Camera turn usual! Help?

My Canon EOS 300-D will not turn on. There was a minute works, then it is just went dead. I assumed the batteries went out, but after charging them full power to turn it always on or not. Stupid, I bought it on eBay, although it was in pretty good nick and I do not think that the hand got nothing to do with, and second. The only problem is I do not have a guarantee or anything. Who has an idea what could be the problem or do what I can, To correct it? Oh also seems to cover a very lightweight Flash Rattle, I believe that in the not there. I do not see why this would stop turning, however.

Do you have a spare battery? When trying to do, otherwise you may have to take it to a repair shop.
