Canon Eos Xs Vs Xsi

Canon EOS EF-S IS Zoom lens vs. zoom lens?

I have the opportunity, the Canon EOS Rebel XS, the S-come with a 18-55mm zoom lens EF or a Canon EOS XSi what will come with a 18-55mm IS lens that would be better, and give the best quality produce? Thankyou

The xsi has more megapixels (12 vs. 10), other areas (9 versus 7) and the IS stands for "stable" internal "- that is, the lens has a feature that allows your handheld helps the blurring caused by vibrations when recording. My bet would go for the xsi package.
