Canon Eos Mark Lll

Canon EOS-1D Mark lV vs. Canon EOS-1Ds Mark lll?

So, I'm assuming that the mark 1ds lll is $2,000 more expensive partially because of the whole full frame thing, but what is it's significance in the gist of things? Is it really worth that money?

Which camera, in your opinion, is the best value? Are there any better cameras, whether or not they are Canon?
Also, if you know any nice lenses I could use with these, give me your recommendations. I'm kind of lost in the lenses spectrum of photography.
I see now that there are a few extra mega pixels, which is probably a nice thing.
