Would my Canon EF-S Lenses SLR Canon Rebel Ti 35mm fit?
I have a Canon EOS 450D with three lenses (the 18-55mm a starter, a 55-250mm and 50mm f/1.8 II) and I'm thinking of buying a camera film and pretty cheap, I have found the Canon EOS Rebel Ti 35mm (body only) for £ 40 for Amazon. I am about my GCSEs at the high school so I did not spend much money on camera equipment, so I was wondering if my lenses I already have for my DSLR fits the film SLR? This is probably a really dumb question, but thanks anyway:)
This is an EF 50mm lens and is good, the 18-55 and 55-200 are EF-S body and can not be used on the film. The back of the lens to the EF-S lenses is wider in the body as an EF lens. The mirror of a movie Body will actually strike the rear element of the lens. This is not a good thing. A 50mm f/1.8 or so are used to the standard "kit" lens on a 35mm camera. It is still a very good all-around lens on a film body. You can probably find relatively inexpensive EF zooms in on ebay to.
